“I strongly believe that your music can change the world”
-Nicole Scherzinger-
On tonights ‘thanksgiving’ episode of X-Factor USA, Josh Krajcik dedicated a soulful and heartfelt rendition of the Rolling Stones‘ Wild Horses to his daughter.
Krajcik said he had his daughter, Rowan(who is now 13), when he was only 17 years old. After he lost Rowan’s mother, he was in utter despair. Rowan was the only reason he was inspired to go on and pursue his music. “The whole reason I’m here [on 'X Factor'] is for her,” Josh said. “I hope that she watches and says ‘Wow, that’s my dad.”
In the performance, Krajcik sat alone at a piano and without any gimmicks delivered a heart stopping rendition of the Stones’ 1971 classic. The audience gave him a standing ovation when he was finished and mentor Nicole Scherzinger said, “I strongly believe that your music can change the world.”
